Description

Simple, tasty meatball recipe. Cooked two different ways.

Ingredients

1lbGround Beef (Extra Lean)
1 egg
1⁄2cItalian bread crumbs (Seasoned)
1⁄2cParmigan Cheese (Freshly Grated)
1pnSalt (Kosher)
1pnPepper (Freshly Ground)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef, egg, Italian breadcrumbs, Parmigian cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well until distributing all ingredients evenly. Shape the meatballs into the size of golf balls. Set aside until ready to cook. For quick, even cooking you may slightly flatten the meatball. Cook the patties on a hot grill for a few minutes on each side.

Use in tomato sauce:

Add the uncooked meatballs to the pot of sauce and let cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. This will bring a new tastier tomato sauce.
