Dip veal into milk, coat with flour, dip into eggs and then coat with Italian bread crumbs. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in skillet. Add veal. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon wedge over top. Saute' until golden. Turn once and saute' until golden brown. Add 3 tablespoons of butter when needed. Serve with lemon wedge.
