Located in the Papa Joe's shopping plaza in Rochester Hills, this elegant white linen ristorante italiano has found its way to my heart and my head as a top Italian restaurant. Its mid priced meals include Antipasti, Pesci (fish), Carni (red meat) and Pastas made with either dried or their home made pasta that would give your Nonna's pasta (grandma) a run for her money. When you walk in you will be greeted by a host or hostess who will seat you. You will notice the bar has many unique features such as custom bar chairs and wine corks lining the walls. The walls are a swirled plaster giving it an Old World touch. The menus and wine list are also custom-made hinged wood, each bearing a unique cover design. The waiters are knowledgeable about the foods being served and go out of their way to make sure your restaurant experience is the best it can be. When seated the waiter immediately places cloth napkins on your lap. The food arriving from the kitchen is presented on a white linen serving cart, which is individually portioned in front of you by the waiter. The food was found to be exceptional even to the most discriminating pallet. I highly recommend its patronage.
