Seasoned Grilled Hamburgers
These seasoned burgers are super juicy and easy to mix.
|2||lb||Ground Beef (75/25)|
|1⁄2||Vadalia Onion (Diced very fine)|
|1||T||Course Black Pepper|
Mix all ingredients together very well and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Press into 1/2 pound patties and grill over open coals for 4 minutes per side. Burgers will be medium-well when you remove them.
