Seasoned Grilled Hamburgers

Description
These seasoned burgers are super juicy and easy to mix.
Ingredients
| 2 | lb | Ground Beef (75/25) |
| 1⁄2 | Vadalia Onion (Diced very fine) | |
| 1 | t | cayanne pepper |
| 1 | T | Course Black Pepper |
| 1 | t | Cilantro |
| 1 | T | Salt |
| 1 | clv | Garlic (minced) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together very well and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours. Press into 1/2 pound patties and grill over open coals for 4 minutes per side. Burgers will be medium-well when you remove them.
