By signing this contract below you the Purchaser representing the above stated Business take responsibility and agree to the terms and conditions stated within this contract. The stated advertising fees are final and are due in full according to our agreements. Advertising not paid for will not be displayed on the Cyberbellum.com web site. Purchaser maintains that their price may be discounted with the intent to run multiple monthly advertising as stated within this contract. Purchaser agrees to pay Cyberbellum L.L.C. the standard monthly rate if purchaser fails to run multiple month advertising for the entire agreed period. Purchaser’s advertising will be displayed randomly with all like advertising on the Cyberbellum.com web site and / or sponsor search text. Purchaser advertising will be displayed according to the likeness of their approved advertising proof. Any returned checks will be charged $30.00 return check fee.
